The MyClubConnect mobile app is owned and operated by Club Connect UK as MyClubConnect (“we”, “our” and “us”). Club Connect UK Limited is a private limited company, registered in England (company number: 09117335, registered office: 68 Church Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 4NU).

By registering and using the MyClubConnect mobile app (app), app users (“you”, “your” and “them”) are subject to and bound by these Terms. You should read these Terms and print a copy for future reference if necessary. They are also available to see on the MyClubConnect app at any time in the Settings tab on the sidebar. These Terms were updated last on 26th May 2018.

The app is only made available for the benefit of users who are aged 18 or over. If you are not aged 18 or over, you do not have permission from us to use the app and may not access the app or any services provided under the app. If we have reason to believe that you are not aged 18, we reserve the right to restrict or prevent you from accessing or using the app. By continuing to use the app and agreeing to these Terms, you are representing to us that you are 18 and we can rely on this representation.

These Terms and Conditions, your use of the app and any related dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We reserve the right to bring any action(s) in any other court(s) of competent jurisdiction.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will send you an email to notify you of the amended Terms and will also ask you to accept the new Terms by selecting the “I agree” tick box upon your next login to the app. Please make sure you read the Terms and understand them before clicking “I agree”. Should you not accept these amendments, you may choose to stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the settings tab of the app.

  2. In making the app available to you, we are granting you a limited licence to use the app and its services for personal (non-commercial) use only, in accordance with the Terms.

  3. All information provided by you to us, including on registration with the app, is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading in any respect. You can update your information and details at any time by accessing your settings via the app.

  4. You will comply with all applicable laws.

  5. You will not use the app (or any part thereof) for any unlawful purpose.

  6. You will refrain from doing anything which we believe (in our reasonable opinion) to be disreputable, or capable of damaging our reputation.

  7. You will not use the app in any way that causes the app to become damaged or impaired, or in any way compromises the effectiveness, efficiency or functionality of the app.

  8. You will not upload or transmit any computer viruses, macro viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful programmes designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer, smart phone, computer tablet or other mobile technology.

  9. You will not attempt any unauthorised access to any part of the app, access or attempt to access the accounts of other users, penetrate or attempt to penetrate any security measures, or attempt to use the app in any manner which violates or infringes the rights of any person, firm or company (including, but not limited to, rights of intellectual property, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy).

Intellectual Property and right to use

  1. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photos, sound, illustrations, animations and videos or rights in and to our software, applications and website) in all material or content contained within the app shall remain at all times owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the app or content from the app.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the app is made available for your personal (non-commercial) use only. Any other use of the material and content of the app is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

  3. You may not engage in the harvesting of content displayed within the app, including, but not limited to screen scraping, spidering, database scraping, or any other automatic means of obtaining content on MyClubConnect. You may not use MyClub Connect in any manner with the intent to damage, interrupt, disable, overburden, or impair the services.

Availability of services

  1. We will do our best to offer you a smooth service, but we give no guarantees that the app will be fault free or that the services provided will be uninterrupted. If a fault does occur, please contact us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

  2. We may occasionally restrict your access to the app to carry out repairs, maintenance or to introduce new functionality or services and we will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.

  3. New services are subject to a period of testing. This means that a new service may not perform with complete functionality, may be undergoing testing, may be inconsistently available, may have software “bugs” being fixed by us and may have other issues affecting availability and functionality.

Delivering Goods

  1. The app is an event discovery tool that we provide to help you connect with nightclubs, brand owners and promoters, facilitate finding nightclub event information and get rewarded for going clubbing. The app is free for you to download from designated application stores and use, other than where tickets need to be paid for, in order to gain entrance to an event.

  8. Check in to venues and events

  9. Earn MCC points to redeem on MCC Rewards

  10. Feature on Instagram

  11. Receive Push notifications for upcoming events

  12. When using the app, we expect you to use common sense to determine what is or is not acceptable; an example of an infringement would be checking-in to a venue without actually having gone to the venue. If we find there to be any infringement, we reserve the right to ban you from the app, delete your account and blacklist your email address without warning.   13. When you register to use the app, you will need to confirm your email address unless you log-in through Facebook, in which case Facebook confirms your email. You will not have access to the app before validation of your email. This is to ensure your email address is current and valid. Otherwise we cannot send you important things such as confirmations of ticket purchases in-app or your actual tickets. Although tickets can be found in app, they cannot be considered proof of purchase in the event of disputes.

  14. We ask for your date of birth on registration in an effort to ensure that anyone who signs up to the app is at least 18 years old.

  15. Tickets and Nightclub Entry Rewards will be dispensed in the form of QR codes to be scanned by the venue or brand. Venues and brands still reserve the right to check ID and refuse entry.

Financial Information

  1. Financial transactions and payment for tickets is all handled through Stripe.

  2. We store none of your financial information or card details on our own systems.

  4. We hold a history of your ticket purchases so that they can be viewed in-app.


  1. The app is an event discovery tool, but we do not own any of the venues, brands, events. We cannot be held liable for incorrect info or misinformation provided in the event details.

  2. You are strongly advised to check event details with the venue at which it is to be held or the brand before travelling to an event.

  3. We do our best to encourage venues and brands to give correct information through required fields etc.

  4. The app is also a marketplace for event tickets but, as we do not own any of the events, we also do not own any of the tickets. As such we are not responsible for guaranteeing entry for ticketed events, for Nightclub Entry Rewards nor indeed for any events on the app.

  5. Please note that we are not responsible for the behaviour, actions or inactions of venues and brands or their representatives / staff.

  6. Any dispute or complaint regarding the content or quality of an event, or any actions / inactions of the venue and/or brand, their staff, DJs, performers (or their representatives) is deemed to be between you and the venue and/or brand, and should be made to them directly. However, we are always interested in learning about your experiences in attending events, so please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

  7. We are not liable for any refused entry whatever the reason and any disputes will need to be taken up with the relevant venue or brand. If you have attempted to resolve the matter yet the dispute over entry is still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] with any evidence you have that you were wrongly or incorrectly refused entry.

  8. MyClubConnect accepts no responsibility for any personal property taken to any event. At the Venue or Brand Organiser’s discretion, there may also be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind to an Event.

  9. We accept no responsibility for any redeemed MCC Rewards, offered by anyone other than MyClubConnect, that you did not receive. Any disputes will need to be taken up with the relevant provider. If you have attempted to resolve the matter and the dispute over an unreceived reward is still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to remedy the situation. However we accept no responsibility if the provider will not provide the reward to you.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We shall not be liable under any circumstances with respect to any services provided under the app, or any other subject matter of these Terms, for: (i) the actions or inactions of venue and brand Organisers; and (ii) any matters beyond our reasonable control (including network failure).

  2. We shall not be liable for any information you provide to us.

  3. We are not affiliated with, and have no agency or employment relationship with, any third party service provider used to provide services under the app and we have no responsibility for and disclaim all liability arising from, the acts or omissions of any such third party service provider.

  4. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude any liability we may have at law. You have certain rights under the law. These include that we will provide the app to a reasonable standard and within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights. For more information about your statutory rights you can contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.


  1. We may terminate these Terms and close any account you have with us without warning. We may also terminate these Terms and close your account without notice if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms, if court or bankruptcy proceedings are brought against you or because we have found you have used the app in an illegitimate way.

  2. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the app at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these Terms. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.

  3. Termination shall not prejudice any other right or remedy you or we may have in respect of accrued rights (including rights in respect of any breach) or liabilities which arose prior to termination.

  4. You are under no obligation to use the app and may simply choose to stop using it at any time or delete your account in the settings tab of the app.


  1. These Terms are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us, unless otherwise expressly indicated by us within these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligation under these Terms without your prior consent to any new provider of the app.

  2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then the provision will be deleted. Any such deletion will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms.
